Easter Mosaic
The Easter Mosaic
Promise. Price. Power. Purpose.
Saturday, April 4 | 10:15 A.M.
Easter is not simply a date on the calendar.
It is the declaration that death has been defeated and Christ reigns.
This year, we invite you to something more than a service —
we invite you into a progression of worship centered on the risen Lord.
Four preachers.
Four passages.
Four movements of the Gospel story.
One glorious Savior.
From promise to proclamation, from the cross to the commission, the entire morning will unfold like a mosaic — each piece revealing more of the beauty and majesty of the risen Christ.
10:15 A.M. — Worship Begins
We will open the morning by lifting our voices together in joyful resurrection worship. Our aim is simple: to fix our eyes on Christ, the Lamb who was slain and now lives forevermore.
Worship prepares our hearts for the Word.
Movement One: The Promise
The Resurrection Foretold
Our first preacher will open the Scriptures and show how the resurrection was not an afterthought — it was the eternal plan of God. Long before the stone was rolled away, the promise had already been spoken.
We begin by anchoring our faith in the faithfulness of God.
Following this message, we will respond in song — lifting praise for the God who keeps every promise.
Movement Two: The Price
The Cross Before the Crown
Our second preacher will lead us to the hill called Calvary. Before there was an empty tomb, there was a finished cross. Before resurrection morning, there was sacrificial suffering.
Here we behold the cost of redemption — the price paid in full.
After this message, we will pause and worship again, reflecting on the wonder of grace purchased for us.
Midday Fellowship Break
Following the second message, we will break for lunch and fellowship for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
This will be a meaningful time to connect, reflect on what we have heard, and prepare our hearts for the triumphant second half of our gathering.
Worship Resumes
We will regather and lift our voices once more in celebration as we turn our attention to the victory of the empty tomb.
Movement Three: The Power
The Stone Rolled Away
Our third preacher will proclaim the power of the resurrection. The grave could not hold Him. The tomb could not silence Him. The curse could not defeat Him.
Here we rejoice in the historical, bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ — the event that changed everything.
Following this message, we will respond again in song — celebrating the triumph of our risen King.
Movement Four: The Purpose
Resurrection People, Sent People
Our final preacher will bring the morning to its glorious conclusion by showing us why the resurrection matters today. The risen Christ does not merely comfort us — He commissions us.
Because He lives:
-
We walk in newness of life.
-
We worship with confidence.
-
We go into the world with authority and hope.
This final movement will call us not just to admire the resurrection — but to live in its power.
Why You Should Be There
This will not be rushed.
It will not be routine.
It will be intentional, progressive, Christ-centered worship.
Each sermon builds upon the last:
Promise → Price → Power → Purpose
By the end of the morning, the full picture of the Gospel will stand before us — radiant and complete.
Come ready to worship.
Come ready to listen.
Come ready to behold the risen Christ.
